The Roxburgh YPS group members joined forces with members from the Central Branch on a fabulous trip to London to visit Harry Potter Studio Tours. The Tour provided a unique opportunity for the group members to explore the magic of Harry Potter Films. The group had a chance to visit behind the scenes of one of the most successful movie series of all times. The group discovered the magic behind spell binding special effects and explored the many secrets behind the Harry Potter Series.
The tour included strolling through the Forbidden Forest, standing on Platform 9 ¾, and walking into a live set of Gringotts Wizarding Bank. They strolled down Diagon Alley and even got a chance to board Hogwarts Express. The Visitors Team are trained to provide support to people with many additional needs, including autism, visually impaired and many more hidden disabilities.
