Project Office The Project Office coordinates the four Branches. It is run by the Project Co-ordinator, Andrew Findlay, and the Project Administrator, Susan Fleming. Contact details
The Project Co-ordinator and Administrator, assisted and advised by the Board of Directors (usually referred to as the Project Committee), deal with all the areas of the service which can be centralised without compromising local delivery of the service. These include project planning, policy and service development, monitoring & evaluation, fundraising, financial administration, staff training and area-wide publicity.
